Caroline Picard is a has over 35 years of experience in education. She's been a teacher, school administrator, Assistant Superintendent, professional learning manager, and assistant superintendent of schools. She's bilingual in English and French, which you will notice when she speaks with a lovely French accent. She's a certified master practitioner in Compassionate Systems Leadership and works as a Leadership Coach Facilitator.
